An open invitation

Partner with The CloverQuadrant

We are looking for the first partner in the United States to put the four quarters into practice and publish the numbers. One company, one audited year, one public report — that is what turns a charter into evidence.

Who we are looking for

A company

Privately held, family-owned or stewardship-owned works best — 50 to 5,000 people, profitable, and willing to define net profit in writing before the year begins. You run one full cycle, distribute the four quarters and publish the result.

A union

A local or federation willing to test the charter as an addition to a collective agreement — never a substitute for it. You hold us to the wording, and your objections are published unedited.

A policy office

A legislative or municipal office that wants a worked, auditable model of profit sharing with a wage floor and measured DEI outcomes — with the numbers, the methodology and the sources open for scrutiny.

The ask

Four commitments, no more. Everything else in the handbook is support for these.

  1. 01

    Adopt the definition

Put the CloverQuadrant definition of net profit — after tax, after losses carried forward, after the agreed reinvestment reserve — in writing before your financial year opens.

  2. 02

    Run one cycle

Distribute the four quarters for one full year: labour first, then impact, capital and reserve. One year is enough to prove the model; nothing is asked beyond it.

  3. 03

    Let someone else check it

An independent auditor with no other engagement with you reviews the split, the wage floor, the pay ratio and the impact register, and speaks to workers confidentially.

  4. 04

    Publish the numbers

The ten-section report in the handbook, at a permanent public URL, within six months of year end — including the parts that do not flatter you.

What you get from us

  • The full standard, the handbook and the report template — free, and free to use.
  • Help defining net profit for your accounts, and a reconciliation model you can hand to your auditor.
  • The measurement methodology for the wage floor, pay ratio, DEI outcomes and impact traceability.
  • Every source and figure behind the model, with the primary reference for each.
  • No fee, no licence, no logo to buy. If it does not work for you, say so publicly — that is useful too.

How to start the conversation

Write to us through the contact form on the charter page. Tell us who you are, roughly how many people you employ or represent, and what worries you most about the model. We read every message and reply personally within 72 hours.
